Molecular Response Assessment in Ovarian Cancer: Clinical Experience from Azenosertib Studies

- Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) is increasingly being explored as a tool for monitoring treatment response in oncology. In ovarian cancer, where opportunities for early assessment of therapeutic activity remain limited, molecular response approaches have attracted growing interest
- This presentation will review the evolution of molecular response assessment in ovarian cancer and present recent clinical experience from azenosertib studies
- Data from plasma samples collected before and during treatment will be discussed alongside findings from previously published studies, highlighting both the promise and the practical challenges of implementing ctDNA-based response assessments in ovarian cancer clinical research
