- Presenting how ctDNA was used to monitor treatment response in a sotorasib colorectal cancer study, and how changes in KRAS G12C levels in plasma relate to clinical outcomes
- Examining what ctDNA dynamics can add to imaging, including earlier read-outs of response and how monitoring could inform dose and treatment decisions
- Sharing practical lessons from running ctDNA monitoring in a clinical study, including assay choice, sampling schedules and interpreting results in a targeted therapy setting
