Using ctDNA to Inform Dose Optimization & Characterize Resistance in a Phase I Combination Study

- Examining how changes in ctDNA levels from baseline can be used to explore dose effect and support dose optimization decisions in early-phase development
- Outlining how longitudinal ctDNA collection, from pretreatment through on-treatment timepoints, was built into a phase I combination trial with standard of care therapy in KITdriven gastrointestinal stromal tumor
- Profiling the mutational spectrum and mechanisms of resistance captured in ctDNA, including primary resistance to standard of care, to better characterize the patient population entering the study
