His work has spanned a wide range of disease areas—including oncology, immunology, inflammation, and endocrine disorders—and has always been rooted in the belief that rigorous, well-executed science can improve outcomes for patients.
Across his career, Amer has built and led teams, scaled scientific functions, and supported the advancement of more than two dozen therapeutic programs.
